1 建立现场培训流程:收集各相关方反馈，建立和完善车间培训流程。包括新员工培训、岗位技能培训、持续培训等环节。
Set up the site training process: collect the related feedback, set up and improve the workshop training process, including orientation training, job skills training and ongoing training.
2 设计开发培训课程，制定培训计划，以符合产线的工作需要。
Design and develop training courses and make the training plan to meet production requirements.
3 参与对新入职员工的技能考核和技能提高；
Responsible for new employees skills assessment and improvement.
4 现场员工培训档案管理，如员工技能登记；建立和维护培训中心资料库；车间作业指导书和培训记录归档。
Site staff training records managements, such as employee skill registeration. Establish and maintain training center database. Workshop WI and training records archive.
5 现场员工作业检查与监督指导。
Site staff work check and supervision.
6 协助班长现场各项管理工作。
Assist foremens site management.
7 协助车间物料协调、流转等相关工作。
Assist materials workshop coordination, circulation and other related work.
8 为操作员提供技术问题上的支持并及时向上级汇报。
Support the operator/worker technical problems and report to supervisor timely.
9 持续推行现场的5S管理，提高现场员工5S素质。
Improve management of on-site 5S continuously and improve 5S shitsuke of site members.
10 开展班组成员岗位技能培训，提高班组成员的业务水平。
Conduct on job training and improve the level of qualification of team members.
11 完成领导安排的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by the leader.

任职资格：
Qualifications：
1 机械工程相关专业；
Major in mechanical engineering related area.
2 5年以上生产管理及员工培训相关经验，有数控机床实际操作维护相关经验；
With 5+ years production management experience, and with NC machines practical working and maintenance experience.
3 掌握丰富的关于车削、加工中心、磨齿等工艺的知识；
Good knowledge of machining process like turning, VMC, teeth grinding, etc.
4. 有独立工作和团队工作能力。
Ability to work independently and in team.
